Sierra Carrington graduated among the top 2 in her class at the Tredway Woodsworth Public School (Middle School) in the French Immersion program.  This year she successfully completed her second year of high school, participated in her school’s Black Student Association, Track and Field, as well as the Varsity Girls’ Indoor and Outdoor Soccer Team, where they were successful in bringing home gold for the region.  She is working towards earning the Honours Certificate of Bilingual Studies upon graduating from high school.

She plays the steel pan and enjoys dancing, contemporary and jazz, at Dance Fusion, as well as playing the piano.  She believes in being kind to others and standing up for human rights.

She plans to study Criminology and aspires to pursue a career in Law. Sierra is thankful for the ongoing bursary provided by Laura Anderson through The Grant Morris Foundation.
